Ordering and Shipping

3. How long does it take get an order?

Orders are fulfilled within 1week of payment. Shipping generally takes 7-12 business days. 

4. What are your shipping options?

We ship exclusively within the USA. 

5. What if my order remains unpaid?

Unpaid orders will remain unfulfilled. Ensure to complete your payment to avoid delays in receiving your items.

6. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately via our Contact Page. We will assist you with the return process.

Returns and Refunds

7. What is your return policy?

We only offer returns for products that arrive damaged. Contact us through our Contact Page with details of the damage, and we will help you with the return.

 We accept Credit Card payments. For your convenience, we also accept the convenience of various other payment methods:

  • Venmo: Send the total for your order to @KABIncorporated on Venmo.
  • PayPal: Send the total for your order to @kadebranson on PayPal. 
  • In-Person Cash: Direct message us on Instagram @olympsactivewear to arrange a time to pay in-person with cash for the total of your order.
